At 63, Juliet is in tune with the needs and challenges of our bodies as we age. Yoga for 60+ is integrated approach for body, mind and spirit and suitable for all levels.  With breath as the foundation, a combination of slow flow and longer held poses target circulation, strength and flexibility. These are areas which require particular focus as we get older. Restorative postures and a short meditation end the practice.

Juliet is available to teach at retirement communities or in small groups of 1-3 from her home studio in Bucklands Beach. Pricing available on request.
