Yoga is a healing art, not just an exercise routine
Juliet has been practicing yoga for 40 years, and teaching for the last five. In her practice and teaching she is passionate about finding the balance between being and doing, movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and freedom, yin and yang.
Her mission is to help others re-establish a wholeness in their daily lives, through Yoga being the best they can be, physically, emotionally, mindfully and energetically.
Juliet believes Yoga is for everybody. She loves to teach outdoors and runs the popular Yoga with Juliet Beach Yoga on the Macleans Reserve in the summer months. Her goal is to develop community Yoga programmes and teach older practitioners. Juliet teaches in the Mum’s and Babies Unit at the Auckland Woman’s Prison.
Juliet is a NZ Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered teacher.
